The Centre for Social Science Research (CSSR) organized a roundtable on November 19 on Migration and Later Life. The opening speech was delivered by Professor Zakir Hossain Raju, Director, Centre for Social Science Research (CSSR) & Dean, School of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences, Independent University Bangladesh (IUB). Professor M Omar Rahman, Vice Chancellor (IUB), was present at the occasion as the chief guest. This interactive session was conducted by Dr. Prem Bhandari, Research Scientist, Population Studies Centre, Institute for Social Research, University of Michigan. Dr. Dirgha Jibi Ghimire, Research Associate Professor, Population Studies Centre, Institute for Social Research, University of Michigan was also present on this occasion.
